At Singapore Sports Performance Centre (SSPC), we use a science based, time tested approach that is focused on training and education to help our clients achieve their fitness goals.
Partnered with Physiotherapists and Sport Specific Coaches, we provide a holistic approach to pre-habilitation and rehabilitation services, pain management solutions, personalised workout session and sports performance enhancement training.

From fitness beginners to experienced sports athletes, SSPC have been able to enhance and elevate their performance in multiple sports, including swimming, cycling, marathon, triathlons, weight lifting, bodybuilding, and martial arts.

Kae Koh
Kae KohHead Coach
Coach Kae has over a decade of experience in a variety of sports disciplines and is well educated on sports science, human anatomy, human biomechanics and is an active practitioner of multiple sports. His achievements include the establishments of a swim squad and triathlon team that competes internationally. As a triathlete, he has also completed over 30 triathlons regionally, learnt from various coaches who competed in their countries’ respective national teams. Currently, he is focused on strength and conditioning, preventive intervention for injuries, writing specialised periodisation programmes for athletes and Olympic weightlifting.
