Terms and Conditions

  1. FIRST CLASSES AND DEPOSITS

    • Dates and Time provided for your consideration and are not locked in till a deposit is made.
    • You agree to pay a 10% deposit to lock in a vacancy for your allocated class.
    • You agree to pay the remainder of the monies on the first day of the allocated class.
    • We retain the right to postpone.
    • You have the right to postpone.
      • Postponement requests must be made more than 3 days from class date.
  2. RECURRING GROUP CLASSES AND CHARGES

    • GROUP Classes are recurring by default
    • Your no show means forfeit of class
    • There will be no make up/refund/transfer/rebate
    • Public Holidays are counted as rest days for coaches and it will count towards the monthly fees
    • We retain the right to postpone
    • Stoppage of classes will require one month’s notice
  3. RECURRING INDIVIDUAL CLASSES AND CHARGES

    • INDIVIDUAL Classes are recurring by default
    • Your no show means forfeit of class
    • Fees are not transferrable
    • Public Holidays are counted as rest days for coaches
    • We retain the right to postpone
    • You have the right to postpone
      • Postponement requests must be made more than 24 hours from class date.
    • Stoppage of classes will require one month’s notice
  4. REFUNDS AND FORFEITURES

    • You agree to be on time for your appointment for smooth operations of our coaches.
    • No refunds will be provided for your no show or last minute (less than 24 hrs) cancellation
    • Forfeiture or deduction of deposits will be in accordance with the following:
      • Your postponement request comes lesser than 3 days before your first lesson.
      • Missed first lesson incur a deposit forfeit in its entirety.
      • Appointments will be held for up to 50% of promised lesson time before being forfeited.
  5. SOCIAL MEDIA

    • Each lesson will have a writeup in accordance with the following:
      • your movement may be featured,
      • your movement(s)’ flaws pre and post correction,
      • difficulties the coaches and/or you faced,
    • You retain the right to specify the omissions of any identifying features(s) in the pictures/videos taken of the date of lesson
    • Omissions not specified on the date of the lesson, up till the date of the writeup cannot be entertained.
    • The publishing date of the writeup may range from one (1) week onwards, after the lesson date.
  6. OUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • We are not a healthcare Clinic.
    • Upon your first visit, you will be required to fill up a Physical Activity Readiness Questionaire (PAR-Q)
    • Our Coaches will perform a series of screening and assessment upon your visit before beginning each session
    • Our Coaches reserves the right to refer you to a Healthcare Specialist should our assessments deem fit.
    • Should our Coaches do so, we will note down on your client profile for future references.
    • You retain the right to refuse our Coaches’ advice.
    • We retain the right to only accept Clients who we can safely manage
    • We retain the right to stop any session at anytime should we deem fit
    • SSPC will not be liable for issues that arises should information in the PAR-Q be falsely declared.
    • We retain the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time with or without notice.
  7. CLIENT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Our Coaches are equipped with sensitive hands and observing eyes and will likely catch most, if not all movement inefficiencies. However, we do not have X Ray eyes and thus it is paramount that the PAR-Q is filled up with utmost honesty and most updated information.
    • You reserve the right to stop the session any time.
    • You are responsible for your health and wellness and thus it is assumed you will follow our Coaches’ program (formulated with you) diligently.
    • Should you sustain any form of injury during your training, the Coaches have the right to be informed by you immediately.
    • You can buy and bring your own equipments (straps, gloves, resistance bands etc) for your sessions.
